Job summary

Reevr in Bedford is seeking a Project Coordinator for a full-time, office-based role. You will own multiple live projects, coordinating between customers, design, manufacturing and suppliers while delivering excellent customer service.

Salary £30,000–£35,000 (DOE). Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, 25 days annual leave, company pension and full training on internal systems and products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.
• Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or another technical environment.
• Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from order through to completion.
• Review project information from the sales team and support design with drawings/schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications and communications.
• Monitor project programmes and provide customers with regular progress updates.
• Update project information on customer portals and cloud-based PM systems.
• Attend customer meetings, record actions and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered in line with requirements.
• Produce and maintain accurate project reports and documentation.
• Work with Sales, Design, Production and Accounts to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Support resolution of customer account queries to maintain progression and payment schedules.
