Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, Procurement and customers to own the product lifecycle from development to approvals and supplier performance, fostering a zero-defect culture and strong margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s engineering and product strategy, including approvals, inspection and support.
• Lead, coach and performance-manage the Engineering team.
• Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product development.
• Provide regular updates on technical risks, project progress and strategic priorities.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimisation and product standardisation.
