Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between Operations and Engineering to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to identify and resolve technical/operational issues across multiple lines.
• Lead investigations and collaborate with SMEs to identify root causes and drive containment actions to resolution.
• Lead at least one PDECR from concept through implementation, coordinating reviews and approvals.
