Job summary

Wates Property Services in Winchester is looking for a highly organised Planner to join our WPS team. You will plan and coordinate multi-skilled engineers and supply chain to deliver excellent service daily, optimise diaries, and produce performance reports.

You will support scheduling and site teams, identify improvements, and maintain health & safety standards while keeping clients informed and engaged throughout projects. This is a full-time role based in Winchester.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and general IT skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in reporting and diary management.
• Driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan diaries to maximise workforce productivity and efficiency.
• Produce performance reports to track progress.
• Manage work-in-progress to stay on target.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Support supervisors and site teams with scheduling.
