Ethypharm in Romford is seeking an Engineering Operations Coordinator to support the engineering team across maintenance and process improvement, ensuring safe, compliant operations and low downtime.
You will manage PPM schedules, ARP planning, and deviations, raise purchase orders, and coordinate contractor visits, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a GMP-regulated environment. This is a permanent role with standard hours and a competitive benefits package.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

The role holder will be responsible for assisting the Engineering team, and ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
You are a highly organised and solutions-focused individual with a keen interest in engineering operations and process improvement. You will be confident coordinating day-to-day operational activities, supporting engineering teams, maintaining accurate records, tracking schedules and resources, and helping ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
