Job summary

Ethypharm in Romford is seeking an Engineering Operations Coordinator to support the engineering team across maintenance and process improvement, ensuring safe, compliant operations and low downtime.

You will manage PPM schedules, ARP planning, and deviations, raise purchase orders, and coordinate contractor visits, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a GMP-regulated environment. This is a permanent role with standard hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and solutions-focused individual with an interest in engineering operations and process improvement.
• Able to coordinate day-to-day operational activities and support engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate records, track schedules and resources, and ensure safe, efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Manage PPM schedule and timetable, ensure compliance to timetable.
• Plan ARP scheduling and investigate out of specification readings.
• Raise QAP-0048 deviations and attend IPN clinic as needed.
• Assist to create annual PPM schedule and logbooks.
• Raise purchase orders as needed and coordinate contractor attendance for breakdowns and routine visits.
