Job summary
GSK invites high-potential graduates to join the Engineering Multidiscipline Graduate Programme at Barnard Castle. This two-year Global Supply Chain programme blends rotations, role-specific training and mentoring to grow engineering, automation and digital skills.
You’ll work on cross-functional projects across engineering, manufacturing and supply, with hands-on exposure to robotics, data analytics and smart manufacturing. Start date September 2027.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity.
- Language fluency in English is required for written and spoken communication.
- Graduation by August 2027 for the programme start in September 2027.
Responsibilities
- Engineering Excellence: Design, execute, and validate engineering projects.
- Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning.
- Equipment Reliability: Improve performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and utilities.
- Smart Manufacturing Innovation: Drive efficiency and AI/digital transformation in manufacturing.
- Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements, work with control systems and robotics to optimize operations.
- Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches and data visualization to monitor processes and identify trends.
