Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status, or actively working towards chartership.
• Strong Engineering Management capability with the ability to lead, guide and support diverse technical teams.
• Adaptable, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and design delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Champion high standards of health, safety and environmental performance across all engineering activities.
• Support the development and assurance of temporary works solutions.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, designers, project teams and supply chain partners.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and ensure construction information is accurate, complete and aligned with programme requirements.
• Coordinate materials, plant and technical resources to support efficient delivery.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements and key project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards are met through effective inspection, testing and site verification.
