Job Description
Engineering Manager (Mobile Full Stack React) London / WFH to £100k
Are you a hands-on Engineering Manager / Technical Lead? You could be progressing your career whilst working on a growing "tech for good" social app that connects bird watchers worldwide and helps record vital data about bird populations across the globe.
As the Engineering Manager, you'll head up a small team of Full Stack Developers, providing technical leadership, code reviews, and 1:1s, while also remaining hands-on with coding some of the most complex aspects of the platform. The technology stack includes React, TypeScript, and Node.js, deploying to GCP.
You'll play a key role in a team of tech entrepreneurs and enthusiasts creating a platform that connects like-minded people; you'll influence the technical direction and grow the team as the company scales.
Location / WFH:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting colleagues in the London office once every six weeks for company meetings and updates.
