Job Description:

Areti Group is seeking 6 Tech Leads/Staff Engineers for a rapidly growing TECH FOR GOOD business. The role involves developing large-scale mobile and web applications backend, focusing on backend coding and database design, with emphasis on system performance and reliability.

Key Accountabilities:

• Participate in the entire development process, from design to deployment and support
• Communicate proactively to refine application design
• Implement innovative, high-tech solutions
• Optimize backend code, identify bottlenecks, and implement visualization and monitoring systems

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Computer Science or related degree preferred
• Experience as a Software Team Lead or Staff Engineer; Lead Engineer considered
• Experience with Service-oriented architecture
• Ability to optimize and fine-tune backend applications using MySQL or similar
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL, especially MySQL
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Symfony, and Laravel

Languages: PHP, Ruby-on-Rails, Java, Python, C#

Frameworks & Technologies: Vue.js, Typescript/Angular/React, AWS, GraphQL, REST APIs, TDD, DDD, Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
