This role involves managing a team of safety engineers responsible for safety case activities across submarine projects such as Dreadnought, SSN AUKUS, and Astute. The team ensures submarines' resilience against hazards like fires, explosions, floods, and steam releases. You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams to manage and reduce risks through good design, ensuring the team has the appropriate skills and size to meet programme demands and milestones.
