• Experience in defining and executing configuration management plans.
• Proven ability to lead CM practices across complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
• Experience coaching or leading a CM team is valued.

Responsibilities

• Implement configuration management plans and policies.
• Develop and implement tools, processes and practices for the River Class Destroyer Programme CM plan.
• Develop configuration baselines aligned with the design review strategy and share with the project.
• Lead the configuration team through change and act as a change agent.
