Qualifications

• Accountable for projects to deliver on time, on scope and on budget.
• Lead teams across Design Engineering, Process Engineering and Project Management.
• Plan resources and hire staff; remove roadblocks to progress.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to management.
• Foster continuous improvement and training on new technologies.
• Communicate with global resources across shifts to coordinate work.

• Coordinate with functional managers to align role expectations.
