Circular Resourcing is recruiting for an Engineering Manager (Mechanically Biased) to join a well-established consulting and engineering business in the Building Services sector.

Our client offers a range of decarbonisation and energy efficiency services within building services and commercial real estate sectors. They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical engineering team and collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop solutions that increase market share.

Location: Central London, with hybrid working options.

Salary: Competitive and negotiable to attract the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of M&E Design Engineers, overseeing project activities.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
  • Assist in developing client proposals alongside the Commercial Manager and Engineering Director.
  • Create project, resource, and budget plans with the PMO team.
  • Prioritize projects and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct detailed surveys of buildings to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
  • Prepare energy audit reports and recommendations.
  • Analyze buildings using simulation software.
  • Generate GHG emissions reports.
  • Perform feasibility studies for renewable energy projects.
  • Create financial models for building service upgrades.
  • Oversee building services upgrade and refurbishment projects.
  • Deliver ESOS assessments (training provided).
  • Conduct Non-Domestic EPCs up to Level 5 (training provided).
