Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Manage engineering scope, resources, risks and technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Support bid and tender submissions, including cost and schedule estimates.
• Ensure compliance with UKCA/CE marking and relevant legislation.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders as the primary engineering contact.
• Drive continuous improvement, engineering excellence and quality standards.
• Mentor, develop and performance manage engineering personnel.
