Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing or recycling environments.
• Background in heavy industry or similar operational setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience delivering maintenance strategies and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure breakdowns are managed effectively to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Identify and deliver engineering improvement projects. Manage engineering budgets and control maintenance expenditure.
