Qualifications

• 5 years in production software using an enterprise-grade stack; C# / .NET preferred.
• 2+ years of people management, coaching engineers.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps.
• Proven ability to manage team performance – setting expectations and reviews.
• Experience delivering for stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally distributed engineering teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Translate engineering strategy into execution and optimize development processes.
• Own team KPIs, guide platform modernization, and champion AI-driven productivity tools.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Client Success to align delivery.
• Ensure secure, scalable, reliable software deliveries and strong governance.
