• Experience managing engineering teams with hands-on engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based, low-latency, high-volume systems.
• Proficiency in Rust and/or C++, with comfort across C++, Rust, Go and Python.

• Lead 8-10 engineers owning core trading backend services (matching engine, market data gateways, order entry).
• Drive evolution of trading stack from legacy to modern equivalents.
