Qualifications

• 12+ years of Java backend engineering experience.
• Expert-level Java (17+), concurrency primitives, and collections.
• Proven track record of architecting low-latency trading systems.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver low-latency Java code that powers the Exchange.
• Apply TradFi product knowledge to ensure functional correctness.
• Identify bottlenecks and engineer solutions to improve throughput.
• Mentor engineers and define coding standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams across Hong Kong and Singapore.
