Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in electronic or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in New Product Development and full product lifecycle.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience managing projects with resources, schedules and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD lifecycle from concept to manufacture.
• Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electronic and systems engineering.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Define project plans, timescales and resources.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to meet requirements.
• Oversee verification, validation, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
