Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Chartered Engineer status preferred.
- Experience leading design/development projects from inception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Personal Armour Engineering team.
- Own engineering delivery across private venture and customer funded projects.
- Manage budget, planning, risk and quality across portfolios.
- Oversee sign-off of products against internal and external requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and programmes.
