Job summary

WTW is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams across a global technology organisation. You will drive the evolution from desktop and on-premise products to cloud and SaaS platforms, focusing on secure, reliable and scalable software while improving engineering effectiveness and developer experience.

You will balance leadership and technical credibility, manage delivery flows, recruit and develop engineers, and promote best practices including

Qualifications

Experience leading multi-disciplinary Agile, product-oriented or flow-based teams delivering complex software solutions.
Broad exposure to full software development lifecycle in production environments.
Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and secure-by-design practices.
Proven track record in growing teams, driving transformation, cloud/SaaS adoption and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

Own development, release and continuous improvement of reserving products.
Coach and develop engineers, fostering inclusive, high-performing culture.
Collaborate with Architects, Senior Engineers, Product and Platform teams on scalable architectures.
