Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership to the team across projects and collaborate with Operations and Commercial.
• Review designs for compliance and offer practical solutions.
• Assess tender designs for value engineering and margin opportunities.
• Oversee design reviews and ensure timely contractor proposals.
• Manage pre-construction processes and document control improvements.
• Monitor progress, generate monthly reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead audits and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Drive risk reviews and consider alternative construction methods.
