Responsibilities

• Build and scale engineering teams with up to 6 direct reports for juniors, while remaining hands-on.
• Provide feedback on product and technical specs to influence scope and quality.
• Grow engineers to take large, loosely defined projects with minimal intervention.
• Dive into systems to debug issues, ship fixes, and improve developer experience.
• Improve data generation and demo account tooling to impact multiple teams.
