You will drive Azure cloud infrastructure and AI initiatives, shape engineering strategy and delivery standards, and build high-performing teams across a complex enterprise.

This senior role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a track record of delivering technology transformations at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading large teams (50+).
• Strong track record delivering technology transformations, ideally with Azure and AI.
• Experience operating in enterprise-scale financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large engineering organisation, driving engineering excellence and transformation.
• Drive a major engineering transformation leveraging Azure cloud infrastructure and AI technologies.
• Shape engineering strategy, technical direction and delivery standards including AI capabilities.
• Champion the adoption of Microsoft Azure and AI solutions, including Microsoft AI Foundry.
• Build high performing teams and lead transformation across a complex enterprise environment.
