Capsa AI is hiring a senior engineering leader to manage three squads (intelligence, experience and platform), own hiring and people development, and strengthen technical leadership. You will translate company priorities into objectives with Product and CTO, guiding delivery and ensuring engineers contribute to solving real customer problems.

You will shape engineering management, partner with CTO and Product, and work with a small, high-performing team. Equity is offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple engineering squads or teams.
• Proven ability to hire, develop and retain engineers at scale.

• Collaborate with Product and CTO to translate priorities into clear objectives and delivery plans.
