Qualifications

Responsibilities

Capsa AI is building an AI Operating System for private capital funds. Its platform supports investment research, analysis, monitoring, decision-making, and learning across deals for leading private equity firms.

• Build AI systems at the core of a platform used by leading private equity firms
• Design, ship, and improve agents for researching companies, analysing documents, authoring outputs, and citing claims
• Own the full agent harness, including agent design, tool building, retrieval, evaluations, and iteration
• Own agent capabilities end to end, make design decisions, ship them, and operate them

Требования

• Five or more years building production backend systems at a venture-backed startup or top tech firm
• End-to-end ownership of AI-powered services and systems
• Experience shipping agents, retrieval systems, or LLM features from ideation to production
• Evidence of evaluation results, adoption, and production experience
• Expertise in Python, LLMs, agents, retrieval and search, evals, FastAPI, Postgres, and RabbitMQ
• Experience working in high-performance, fast-moving environments
• Ability to investigate problems deeply and focus on user outcomes
• Accountable, thoughtful, and pragmatic approach to engineering
• Nice to have: TypeScript and React familiarity
