Job summary

Hadean is building defence tech with AI-powered wargaming and C2 systems. As Engineering Manager for dominAI, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, set priorities, remove blockers, and pair with Product to align technical delivery with commercial goals.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture decisions with senior staff, and ensure delivery remains rapid, secure, and aligned with a high standard of engineering craft.

Qualifications

• Led and line-managed software engineering teams, improving outcomes for people and delivery.
• Built and shipped web applications; hands-on familiarity with TypeScript/React/Node.js stack.
• Led AI/ML engineers and integrated research-oriented work into agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for dominAI, turning product goals into executable plans and commitments.
• Line-manage a multidisciplinary team, provide feedback, and develop future tech leaders.
• Stay hands-on when needed to understand codebase and process; hire and defend headcount for roadmap.
