Job summary

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Site Engineering Manager for a growing food manufacturing business in the South Hampshire/West Sussex area. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, manage site maintenance, and drive continuous improvement, reporting to the Head of Operations.

This senior role offers a base salary of £80,000–£85,000, life assurance, annual bonus, matched pension and gym membership, with opportunities to progress within a dynamic, invest­ing business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience within a fast-paced industrial engineering environment.

Site Engineering Manager

This is an exciting time to join a growing food manufacturing business. We operate out of an impressive manufacturing facility capable of producing over 100+ million units per year. Building on previous success, this year is set to be another exceptional year for us. We are expanding our production facility with genuine opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join a rapidly growing business in South Hampshire/West Sussex. You will report into the Head of Operations, and you will lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers who manage and maintain some of the latest production technology in the food industry.

You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving and delivering against strategy and leading continuous improvement. The business is going through a period of investment and right now is a great time to join!

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a team of 15-20 engineers
