Job summary

Fusion Talent is seeking an Engineering Manager to own end-to-end automation delivery for a £30m+ project within a growing manufacturing facility. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive engineering execution and ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

The successful applicant will combine a strong background in engineering management with experience in automation, CAPEX delivery and site strategy development, and will sit on the Senior Leadership Team to shape the plant's long-term vision.

Are you an Engineering Manager with experience delivering automation projects within a manufacturing or warehouse environment?

Are you looking for an autonomous role delivering a major greenfield investment with full ownership of a £30m+ engineering package?

An excellent opportunity is available to join a business going through significant growth in an autonomous role offering genuine progression and development opportunities.

An ideal applicant with have extensive project management experience in automation projects and come from a strong engineering management background. Any relevant industry such as manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, automotive, OEM, F&B, or similar can be considered.

In this role you will take responsibility for circa £30m package and head up the delivery of the automation and engineering function. You will also be responsible for staffing the site and developing the long-term engineering strategy for when the plant becomes operational.
