Job summary

Fusion Talent is recruiting an Engineering Project Manager to lead a major automation programme at a high-growth UK site. You will own cradle-to-grave delivery of a £30m+ package and report to the Senior Leadership Team.

The role requires an autonomous leader with a strong background in engineering management and hands-on delivery in manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, warehousing or similar sectors. You will define and implement the site’s engineering strategy, staff the team, and drive long-term

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in automation projects.
• Background in engineering management.
