Job summary

As an Engineering Manager, you will mentor engineers, drive engineering quality, monitor team performance, and help hire top talent. You’ll contribute technically where needed, including code reviews and architecture discussions, in a modern stack environment.

We’re working with a high-growth SaaS business building innovative products in the B2B sales and marketing space. They’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team delivering customer-facing products.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong hands-on engineering background who has moved into leadership, but still enjoys staying close to the code and driving engineering quality.

The Role

You’ll lead a team of engineers, owning both delivery performance and people development, while helping shape engineering standards and best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring engineers, supporting performance and career growth
• Driving engineering quality, standards, and best practices
• Monitoring team performance and improving delivery efficiency
• Supporting hiring and retention of top engineering talent
• Promoting a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in software engineering (hands-on experience essential)
