This Engineering Manager position is with a B2C company that is the industry leader in their field. You'll be working with a team of 6 highly capable engineers on phase 2 of a greenfield project.

If you had to split this role between management and development, I would estimate approximately 75% management and 25% development.

The overall tech stack includes React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS, but you don't need to have expertise in all of these to apply.

Some key responsibilities are:

• Collaborating with Product, Design, and other Development teams
• Ensuring code is performant and scalable
• Driving consistent standards throughout Development teams

The successful Engineering Manager will be rewarded with up to £80,000 and will have remote working options. The position will be fully remote initially until lockdown is lifted.
