We are proud to be partnering with a market-leading technology organisation that is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineering Manager to lead their growing cloud engineering function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of cloud transformation initiatives, mentor a high-performing team, and play a pivotal role in shaping their Azure strategy across the business.

Our client is a highly regarded Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP), trusted by mid-sized and enterprise organisations to design, deliver, and manage critical cloud environments.

• Drive operational excellence around cost optimization, security, compliance, and service reliability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, technical ownership, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven leadership experience managing Cloud Engineering and/or DevOps teams.
• In-depth technical expertise across Microsoft Azure services, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD delivery (preferably using Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), serverless solutions, and cloud-native application design.
• Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are desirable.
