Arcus Search is seeking an Engineering Manager to scale engineering teams, improve delivery predictability, and strengthen product architecture. You will lead day-to-day delivery and collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to shape technical direction and team structure.

The role requires hands-on management in a fast-moving environment, with a product-focused mindset and experience in start-up or scale-up settings in B2B SaaS or AI-native contexts.
