Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited in London is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to build the function as one of the first leaders in the team. You'll lead 1-2 engineering pods, coach engineers, influence architecture and shaping engineering culture from day one, with hybrid working 2 days a week in London.

They've just closed a funding round with top-tier VC backing, passed £1.5M+ ARR with 15,000+ users, and are now expanding into the US. They're hiring for one of their first Technical Engineering Managers to help the team double in size.
