Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of bespoke cooling solutions. You will oversee mechanical, electrical and refrigeration design, ensuring outputs are manufacturable and compliant with real-world production constraints.

You will provide technical leadership during production build and commissioning, manage workloads and timelines, and collaborate with production engineering and fabrication teams to drive improvements in performance,

Qualifications

• Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration.
• Experience in engineered-to-order or bespoke manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of HVAC or heat exchange systems.
• Proven leadership of an engineering team.
• Ability to balance design intent with manufacturing reality.

Role

The role sits at the centre of the engineering function overseeing product design, technical compliance and engineering delivery across multiple concurrent projects. You will ensure that designs are robust, manufacturable and aligned with real-world production capability.
