Job summary

Civica, a leader in public service software, is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide a high‑performing engineering team. You will drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure delivering user‑centred SaaS solutions that support governments and communities globally.

In this role you will balance technical excellence with people leadership, champion agile practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering work with strategic goals.
