At Aflac Northern Ireland, our engineering teams build reusable services, customer-facing applications and backend systems. This team works in an AWS cloud environment and delivers both serverless and client-server solutions.
As Engineering Manager, you will lead a team delivering shared services and AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will guide the team as technology changes, while creating a culture of learning, quality and practical innovation.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is passionate about people leadership and balance technical delivery. You will lead engineers, support adoption of modern cloud and AI-enabled approaches, and help teams deliver customer value.
You will work closely with the Director of Engineering and senior stakeholders across Product, Architecture and Data teams.
