Subsea Pressure Controls (SPC) is looking for an expereienced engineer to joing our team in Aberdeen as Engineering Manager. This opportunity would suit either an established Engineering Manager or an expereienced engineer looking to take the next step into a amanagement role.
This is a hands-on engineering and management role working across subsea wellhead equipment, wellhead connectors, retrieval tooling and bespoke equipment for offshore decommissioning projects.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for engineering projects throughout the full lifecycle, from understanding a client's technical requirements and developing an engineering solution through design, manufacture, testing, certification, mobilisation and deployment.
We're looking for an experienced engineer with a strong mechanical engineering background and practical knowledge of subsea equipment.
Experience and understanding of subsea wellheads and wellhead connector systems is highly desirable, particularly within offshore decommissioning, wellhead recovery or related subsea operations.
A relevant Mechanical, Subsea or related Engineering qualification is preferred; however, significant relevant industry experience will also be considered.
