• Machining of various materials
• Turning, milling, and drilling to manufacture and refurbish precision rollers
• Manual handling and lifting equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts
• All aspects of manufacturing using the latest manufacturing methods
• Machine setup and operation
• Tooling and maintenance
• Quality control and inspection
• Documentation and reporting
• Health and safety

You will be supported to undertake recognised qualifications whilst gaining on-the-job experience. As an apprentice machinist technician, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced machinists and learn the skills required to operate CNC and conventional machines.
