Job summary
CS Technical Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Lead to join a key manufacturing facility in Chirk. You will take ownership of engineering operations, lead multidisciplinary teams and drive a proactive maintenance culture in a heavy process environment.
The role focuses on Lean transformation, asset reliability, capital investment planning and SAP CMMS usage to optimise maintenance and reliability across the site.
Qualifications
- Significant engineering leadership experience in heavy process manufacturing.
- Proven success leading maintenance and reliability improvement programmes.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience transitioning maintenance strategies from reactive to preventative/predictive approaches.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, ideally SAP.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering, maintenance and technical teams across mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
- Drive a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Develop long-term asset management strategies and capital expenditure roadmaps.
- Utilise SAP CMMS to optimise maintenance planning and execution.
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes across the site.
