Job summary

SSE’s Engineering Graduate Programme offers graduates the chance to apply their university learning to meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience. You will work with experienced engineers on live projects, across design, analysis, planning, asset management, construction, commissioning and maintenance to develop the skills needed for a successful engineering career.

Locations include Aberdeen and other UK sites; flexible working options are available and a structured development path

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 honours degree in an engineering discipline.
• Right to work in the UK before commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad range of engineering activities including design, technical analysis, project planning, asset management, construction, commissioning, maintenance and operational support.
• Contribute to live projects and gain first-hand experience of how engineering supports major projects and operations.

Education

2:2 honours degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Built Environment, Control & Instrumentation, Data & Digital, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Power Engineering, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering
