Job summary

The SSE Project Management Graduate Programme invites graduates to gain hands-on experience across offshore and onshore projects, asset management, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll join a two-year rotation with mentoring and structured placements to build your leadership and technical skills.

Starting September 2027, you’ll work from Aberdeen, Glasgow, Inverness or Perth, with flexible first options and a clear path to a permanent Assistant Project Manager role on completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 honours degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Interest in project delivery across infrastructure sectors.
• Keen to learn and develop through structured placements.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structured placements across offshore/onshore delivery, asset management and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop technical, commercial and leadership skills through mentoring and projects.
• Progress through rotations toward a permanent Assistant Project Manager role.
