A leading company in food manufacturing is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Technician to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. The Engineering & Facilities Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, maintaining equipment reliability, and continuously improving processes within a food manufacturing environment. The role ensures compliance with BRCGS standards, food safety requirements, Health & Safety regulations, and other legal obligations critical to maintaining high-quality product output and site efficiency.
You will focus on maintaining both operational equipment and site infrastructure through planned maintenance, swift response to breakdowns, and the implementation of long-term reliability strategies. The position requires a hands-on, proactive approach to meet the challenges of operating in a regulated food production environment.
Additional tasks may be required as per business needs. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
