  • Skill in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing and building consensus across teams.

  • 4+ years in enterprise software engineering with Java, Python, or similar.
  • 3+ years in engineering operations, process improvement, or related fields.
  • Experience leading or building engineering operations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of process improvements, technology implementation, and driving change.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Curiosity and passion for problem-solving and strategy optimization.
  • Experience in matrixed team environments and influencing across product areas.
  • Drive to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, generous paid time off, pension, and opportunities for professional and personal growth.

If you are prepared to lead Engineering Excellence at Ford Credit, we look forward to hearing from you!
