Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Director (Digital Infrastructure) to lead the engineering strategy for major highways and infrastructure programmes. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, governance, and the full engineering lifecycle while engaging senior customers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large and complex engineering programmes.
• Background in highways, transport, infrastructure or Operational Technology.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering, governance and the full engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering strategy and delivery of major Highways / Infrastructure programmes.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee engineering governance, systems engineering, V&V, assurance and technical compliance.
• Work with senior customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver complex technology programmes.
