Job summary

Vickerstock in Lisburn is seeking a Project Manager to lead an engineering development programme for a renewable energy monitoring technology project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites to deliver on time, within budget and to specification.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proven experience in engineering development projects, with familiarity of Jira or MS Project advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading engineering development projects.
• Experience producing development plans, schedules and project budgets.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of an engineering development programme from concept to product release.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage priorities, schedules and risks.
• Produce and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams across multiple sites.
