You’ll select projects, grow leadership and technical skills, and transition toward roles across software development, quality engineering and UX, with support from industry experts and peers.

Qualifications

• Effective problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to explore new tools and technologies, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Solid programming fundamentals in at least one language (C++, JavaScript, Python, Go, MATLAB).
• Experience with MathWorks products, system design and OO programming principles is a plus.

Responsibilities
