Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Role – L2/L2 support engineer for Aerospace & Defense and Engineering COTS packages. The team focuses on MATLAB, IBM ELM, Creo Parametric, and related CAD/MBSE tools.

You will provide Level 2/3 support, manage incidents, and coordinate improvements across AMS environments. The role requires strong technical leadership, experience with ELM/DOORS, and customer-facing skills in a global, KPI-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience supporting CAD or aerospace engineering applications.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Technical Lead role.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for engineering applications and integrations.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage application availability, performance monitoring, and health checks.
• Support upgrades, patches, hotfix deployments, and migrations.
• Coordinate major incident resolution and provide technical leadership during outages.
